So you know…
This is a tax-deductible donation. So no worries there. You will get a receipt for your donation.
Also if you can’t donate cash, but can donate an inkind gift to have as a door prize at the event, that is cool too! We will make sure everyone knows about that gift. Each in-kind donation will receive a call-out on our website (actual writeup is reflective of the sponsor level reached by donation) and 1 ticket per $125 donated to the event. Just email Elysia, AIGA Colorado’s Mentorship Director to coordinate that.
Who you will reach
Over 200 artists participate. Over 350 people come to the event. We have about 100 visitors per day on our event website in the month preceding the event. Our message gets out mainly via social media and it is wide-spread on Twitter and Facebook. There is also a special commemorative poster that will be printed for the night that your logo will be on.
Where does the money go
All proceeds, which are tax-deductible donations, go to supporting AIGA Colorado’s mentorship programs. These programs include Youth Design Denver, a designer summer internship program; VSA arts Colorado/Access Gallery, a local initiative promoting the power of people with disabilities; and AIGA Colorado’s scholarship program.
