Now we know this kinda flew under the radar that night bc of all the things going on, but that is ok. The deck that received the most votes was Melanie Pruitt’s When it all Stops #2
Second runner up for this was David Hilgier’s Somewhere On A Desert Highway
There were so many awesome boards, that I know this was a hard choice. What do you guys think? Here are all the decks for you to look for yourself!

You remember it. And it was great. This year will be just as awesome, and it is in September!

Artist Elise Reynolds working on her board for last year's event
This event is a great chance for you to showcase your art and design skills to help raise money for AIGA Colorado’s Mentorship programs with two great local charities that provide opportunities through the arts as well as a scholarship program.
This year every artist will pay an entry fee of $15 (which is to cover the board cost, and the same price as an early bird ticket) and upon delivering your finished deck, you will be guaranteed entry to the event. You can still buy multiples if you would like as well. (School groups should contact AIGA directly for participation to receive a discounted rate). We will not be shipping any boards. If you live out of state, and want to participate, please email Elysia first.
There are only 200 spots available this year, so please be sure to register early!
All the information pertaining to things you will need to know about details is in the artists section of the website (http://www.bordobello.com/category/2010artists/). So please use that as your guide. Please also read the very minor rules.
You can prepurchase professional printing on your deck with Boardpusher.com
You can also follow us on twitter @bordobello. Or of course on facebook.
Also! We are having a kickoff party at Atomic Cowboy for you to pick up your decks!
This will be a fun event, on Thurs Aug 19, to grab your deck, meet other artists and sponsors and have your friends get early bird tickets to the event. We’re also showcasing some of the work at this event makes possible with our charities as well as be giving away some items from kidrobot that night. (There will also be a Denver & Boulder pick up—so don’t worry if you cant make it.)
This years big event will have a stunt bmx & skateboard show by Yellow Designs, door prizes, drinks, music and a whole lotto fun. You know you need to express yourself. So do it. And do some good while you are at it.
