Meg Hunt‘s illustrations are delightful! Her characters and the way she brings them to life are so unique, and we couldn’t be more excited about having Meg participate with us this year! This Portland-based illustrator has participated in many cool projects including the Picture Book Report illustrating Alice In Wonderland (participating along with fellow Bordo Bello 2011 artists Will Bryant and Sam Bosma). We also love how her work is so natural, and we mean that literally because much of her work focuses on nature, and mystery, and wonder. When you view Meg’s work it’s like stepping inside a story book.

This self-professed jack of all trades has expressed that her goal is to fill the world with her creations, and to make people happy. We think she is well on her way, and we would love to see more– which is why we invited her to work her special brand of magic on a skateboard deck this year!

Check out her blog Show & Tell, and more of her work here.
